Q: Hi! For the tour that goes to the South Rim of Grand Canyon, are there additional fees we need to pay on top of the $99 per person? Also, if I plan on going with my family, total 3 adults and 1 child and we want to stay in 1 room, how many beds will be in the hotel room and what size bed? Thanks

Q: Me & my son plan to join the 7-Days Tour, Tour Code 2-130 on June 25th. I will be arrived at LA on June 23rd and stay at the Hollywood Celebrity Hotel, Orchid Ave Los Angeles until June 25th, before I join the tour. My question is, can you pick us up at the hotel instead of we have to go to airport again and meet your driver there to start the tour? Tx. View answers (1) A: |

We can only provide free airport pickup on Day 1 of the tour. If you do not wish to be picked up at the airport, you can instead choose to self-transfer to the tour’s first night hotel in order to join our tour group. Or we can provide extra pickup from your location to our hotel with the additional transportation cost of $65.00/2 persons. Please leave a message within the comment section when booking.

We can pick up guests from airport on tour start day and transfer them to the hotel they will be staying at on day one to join the tour. Domestic US arrival transfers are free between 8:30am-10:30pm and our guide will meet you at the baggage claim area of your arriving terminal. International arrival transfers are free between 8:30am - 9:30pm and our guide will meet you at the exit area after you go through custom.

It depends on your departure location. From LAX airport the closest pick up point will be at Chinatown Senior Citizen Center at 6:45am therefore most likely you will not be able to join the tour on time. We suggest that you can change your flight arrive a day earlier and we can offer a 4 day package that include an airport transfer service for both pick up and drop off.
